The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Contempt Petition
(Civil) No(S). 166/2026 in Special Leave Petition (c) No(S.)
2458/2024 has been pleased to pass following order on 25/03/2026 :
“ 13. In view of the fact that the parties have decided to
part ways and seek separation and dissolution of their marriage by a
decree of divorce by mutual consent, all the cases which have been filed
by the parties against each other stand quashed. Further, if any other
case has been filed by either of the parties against each other, the said
case(s) and criminal complaint(s) shall not be proceeded with and shall
stand quashed. The parties shall be restrained from filing any other case
as against each other.

2. In view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India
in Contempt Petition (Civil) No(S). 166/2026 in Special Leave Petition
(c) No(S.), the cases listed in Annexure of the order, are stands
quashed. Accordingly, the present C.C.No.382/SW/2018 appears at Sr.
No.15. Hence, this case has been quashed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of
India. Consequently present case disposed as filed. Cash security if any
be returned to the accused as per rules.
