ORDER BELOW EXH1 IN C.C. NO. 2200385/SW/2018
In this private case complainant and Ld. Counsel are absent
since long. Applicant party is not showing any interest in the
proceeding. Matter is old.
2. Even Exh1 shows that Court had passed effective order
and thereby indirectly/directly issued warning, but still complainant
party did not bother to take steps on given dates at 11.00 a.m. Even
today matter is called repeatedly since morning, but yet complainant
party is absent.
3. When applicant party is not showing interest, in that event
