I hereby state on solemn affirmation,

Occupation : PC (090765) attached to Vakoda P.S.

from personal attendance without challenging his personal identity
through his Advocate Patel. Therefore, evidence recorded in absence of
accused.]
Examination-in-chief by the Ld. APP for State
On 24/06/2020 I was at BIT No.3 Gilbert Hill Road on day
duty. Alongwith API Mulani I was Patrolling on foot and at that time we
found a suspicious woman with a bag near Hanumant Temple,
Dhangarwadi, Gilbert Hill Road. We stopped her and made inquiries.
During inquiry, she disclose her name as Parvati @ Laxmi Kirappa Jogu
and we inspected her bag with a consent and found 10 plastic pouches
each 500 ml filled with Tadi in plastic pouch in her bag. Panch witnesses
were called before inspection of her bag. Panchnama was prepared and
the Tadi was seized. One bag was kept aside for sampling. We took the
accused with seized property to police station. I lodged FIR on behalf of
State. Now FIR from record is shown to me. It is the same. It bears my
signature. Contents therein are true and correct. It is marked at Exh.6
I can identify the accused if shown to me. She is absent today.

2. I admit the spot is located in densely populated area. I
admit that people gathered when we caught the woman. I deny that I
falsely stated that on 24/06/2020 while on Patrolling duty alongwith
API Mulani we found the accused in possession of 10 plastic pouches
each 500 ml filled with Tadi and same were seized under panchnama. I
deny that I have lodged false FIR.
