ORDER BELOW EXH-1 IN C.C. NO. 2145/SS/2018
(Passed on 11th September, 2025)
1) Perusal of record reveals that, after filing of this
complaint, the complainant and his advocate are continuously
remaining absent on each scheduled date. Today also the
complainant and his advocate are absent when called out
repeatedly.
2) From the conduct of the complainant, it appears that,
he is no more interested in prosecuting the complaint. Hence, this
is constrained to pass the order under Section 256 of Cr.P.C. In
result the following order is passed.
ORDER
The complaint is dismissed and accused stands
acquitted of the accusations made against them vide Section 256
of Cr.P.C.
