ORDER BELOW (EXH.1 )
Read the complaint, documents filed alongwith it.
Heard Ld. Counsel for complainant, at length.
2. Ld. Counsel for complainant argued that, accused
deceived the complainant to part his property by forged and
fabricated documents succeeded in transferring the electricity
consumer No. G06903935 without consent of the complainant.
Furthermore, inspite of that being aware of sale agreement
dtd.16/05/1996 is forged and fabricated documents, he used
the said documents as genuine before the authority and
therefore, committed offence of criminal breach of trust. Hence,
the complainant approached concern police station but of no
use. Hence, present complaint.
3. If considered submission made by the Ld. Counsel
for complainant and documents placed on record it disclosed the
commission of cognizable offence by the accused. Therefore,
investigation in that regard is required to be ordered, hence, the
concern police station i.e. Sakinaka police station is hereby
directed to register F.I.R. against the accused, investigate the
case in view of section 156 (3) of Criminal Procedure Code and
submit its report. Hence, following order.

O R D E R
1 Sr. P.I. of Sakinaka police station is hereby directed to
register F.I.R., investigate the offence U/Sec. 156 (3) of
Criminal Procedure Code and submit the report within one
months from the date of receipt of this order.
2 The application is treated, as miscellaneous application
and it is finally disposed off.
