Perused the record. From the record, it appears that the ample
chances are given to prosecution to secure the presence of accused.
Case is old one. In this case, prosecution has failed to secure presence
of accused till today. Hence, no purpose would be served to keep the
matter pending on file. Hence, I pass the following order :-
