COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, the accused Abhishek Shetty, Rinky Vaz, Kishor Pujari and
Siddhant Pawar are present before the Court. Present accused are charged
with the offences punishable under sections 353, 332, 143, 147, 149, 504,
506 of Indian Penal Code. They are on bail. The offences punishable under
sections 353 and 332 of IPC are exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions.
The copies of police report and other documents, as specified in section 207 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the accused. Accused
submitted that they will engage advocate of their choice for their defence
before the Sessions Court. The case will have to be committed to the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence, the order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 Accused no. 1 to 4 are directed to appear before the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 24/02/2020.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to
be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court of Sessions
Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Police Station Officer, Police Station Powai be directed to
produce muddemal property in the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi on or before 24/02/2020 positively.
5 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of
the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
