Perused the record. The accused are chargesheeted for the
offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 420, 323, 354, 504 and
506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Hon'ble High
Court, Bombay has allowed Criminal Writ Petition No.3265 of 2021 filed
by the accused of present case and thereby the Hon'ble High Court,
Bombay has quashed C.R.No. 553 of 2017 registered with police station
Oshiwara and also the proceeding relating thereto i.e. present C. C. No.
2383/PW/2018, by way of order dated 30/01/2023. Hence, present
proceeding is disposed of in view of the order dated 30/01/2023 of
Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in Criminal Writ Petition No.3265 of 2022.
Proceeding is closed accordingly.
