JUDGMENT
Today all the accused are present before Lokadlat. Accused
are voluntarily pleaded guilty. The offence alleged against accused
is P/U/sec.4, 5 of Bombay Gambling Act. Therefore, considering
the nature of offence, the plea of accused is accepted and I
proceed to pass the following order:-
O R D E R
Accused are convicted for the offence P/U/Sec. 4, 5 of
Bombay Gambling Act as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and they are
sentenced to pay fine of Rs.100/- each (One Hundred Only) each
in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 01 day.
2. Muddemal property mentioned in the charge-sheet i.e. Cash
of Rs. 68,800/- be credited to the Government after appeal period
is over.
3. Seized property i.e. mobile be returned to it’s original owner
and ball pen and other gambling articles be destroyed after appeal
period is over according to law.
