COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, the accused Vilas Bansilal Agawane is present before the
Court. Present accused is charged with the offences punishable under
sections 332, 353, 509 of Indian Penal Code. He is on bail. The offences
punishable under sections 332 and 353 of IPC are exclusively triable by
the Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents,
as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. Accused submitted that he will engage
advocate of his choice for his defence before the Sessions Court. The
case will have to be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi. Hence, the order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 The accused is directed to appear before the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 15/02/2021.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
