Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present petition is filed as per the provisions of Domestic
Violence Act for various reliefs. Matter is settled before the Mediator as
per mediation report Dtd. 28/11/2018. However, no further steps are
taken by aggrieved person. Long absence of aggrieved person and her
Ld. Advocate shows that they are not interested to proceed with the
matter. So, I find no any reason to adjourn matter further. Hence,
