ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
Perused the record. Read complaint. Record shows that on
27/11/2018 this court rejected the prayer of the complainant for
directing the police for investigation under Section 156 (3) of the Code
of Criminal Procedure. Record shows that thereafter the complainant
and his advocate failed to attend the court. Verification statement of the
complainant is not recorded till date. Since last about 2 years the case is
pending without any progress in it. Considering the record I am of the
opinion that there are no sufficient grounds of proceeding. Hence, the
complaint is dismissed vide Section 203 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure. Proceeding is closed.
