commits any nuisance or vandalism or act of indecency and thereby
committed the offence P/U/Sec. 59 of Mumbai Metro Act 2009.

JUDGMENT
Accused Kamlesh Ramesh Panchal has filed application and
voluntarily pleaded guilty. The offence alleged against accused is
P/U/Sec.59 of Mumbai Metro Act 2009. Therefore, considering
the nature of offence the plea of accused is accepted and I proceed
to pass the following order:
O R D E R
1) The accused is convicted for the offence P/U/Sec.59 of
Mumbai Metro Act 2009 as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is
sentenced to pay fine of Rs.300/(Rs.Three Hundred Only) in
default to suffer simple imprisonment for three days.
