Today, accused no.1 Mohd.Wasim Afjal Khan, accused no.2
Sahidullah Jamirullah Khan and accused no.3 Hadisulla Jamirullah Khan
are present alongwith their Ld. Advocate. In view of orders of Hon'ble High
Court they are released on bail. Accused are charged with the offences
punishable under sections 367, 323, 504 and 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal
Code. They are on bail. The offence punishable under section 367 of I.P.C is
exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and
other documents, as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The seized muddemal i.e
Innova car bearing no. MH06AB8061 is already handed over to its
original owner on supratnama. The case will have to be committed to the
Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence, the order :
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.

2 Accused no.1 no.1 Mohd.Wasim Afjal Khan, accused no.2
Sahidullah Jamirullah Khan and accused no.3 Hadisulla
Jamirullah Khan are directed to appear before the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 05/09/2022.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
