filed by the accused of present case and thereby the Hon'ble High
Court, Bombay has quashed C. C. No. 2107/PW/2017 arising out of
C.R. No. 337/2017 of Oshiwara Police Station, by way of conditional
order dated 19/06/2025. Hence, present proceeding is disposed off in
