Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present complaint is filed against proposed accused for the
offence punishable under section 212 of Indian Penal Code. Inspite of
sufficient opportunity, complainant failed to avail himself for
verification till today. Long absence of complainant shows that he is not
interested to proceed with the matter. Therefore, complaint needs to be
