ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
Perused record. The complainant has prayed for issuing
direction to police vide Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure
for investigation of the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468,
406, 477A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Record shows that the
complainant did not attended the court after filing the complaint in the
year 2018. It seems that the complainant has lost interest in the matter.
The case is pending since long without any progress in it since the filing
of complaint in the year 2018. I have gone through the record.
Considering the nature of allegations and record of the case, I do not find
it fit to issue direction of investigation as prayed by the complainant.
Hence, prayer of direction of investigation under Section 156 (3) of the
Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected. There are no sufficient grounds
of proceeding. Hence, the complaint is dismissed vide Section 203 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure. Proceeding is closed.
