complainant and advocate are absent. Perusal of roznama and record
shows that matter is pending for taking effective steps to proceed with
the matter. Even the matter was posted for dismissal order vide order
dated 30/03/2026. Despite several opportunities, complainant and his
advocate are absent since long. This conduct of the complainant itself is
sufficient to show his loss of interest and total disregard. In these
circumstances, there is no alternative than to dismiss the matter. Hence,
the complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution under Section 256 of
Cr. P.C. Accused is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section
