ORDER BELOW EXH. 01
Today is Special Drive for old matters. Present complaint is filed
U/s. 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The complainant has filed delay
condonation application and the notice was issued to the non-applicant.
It seems from the record, notice is not served. The last application for
issuance of notice was filed on 10/01/2020. Matter is of the year 2018.
Further it seems that the complainant is not keenly interested to
proceed further. In such circumstances, it would not be appropriate to
keep the matter pending unnecessary without any progress. In result I
pass following order:-
ORDER
1. The case is dismissed in default.
2. Record and proceeding be sent to record room after
necessary compliance.
