Examination-in-chief by the Ld. APP for State
On 04/05/2018 I was the SHO of Jogeshwari P.S. during
day. At about 12.30 in the noon informant Vishwambar Jogi Mandal,
the security guard of Hardevi CHS, Gufa Road, Jogeshwari (E),
approached the police station and reported that at around 10.00 a.m.
while he was on duty he saw motorcar bearing No. MH-48-A-5827
coming from Jogeshwari Subway took sudden right turn and dashed
motorcycle bearing No. MH-02-EM-3177 which was coming from the
side of Jogeshwari Railway Station towards Gufa Road and resulted in
injury to the motorcycle rider as he fell down with bike. He along-with
the passersby helped him to Adarsh Nursing Home, Jogeshwari (E). The
name of motorcycle rider was Aniket Jadhav. I recorded her report vide
67/2018 for offences p/u/s. 279, 338 of IPC as per his say and obtained
his signature. I had put my own signature. Now it is shown to me. It
bears his signature as well as my signature. Contents are true and
correct. FIR is marked at Exh.6.
2. I myself investigated the crime. I visited spot located on
Gufa Road, Opp. to Dipak Jewelers and recorded statement of injured
Aniket as per his say. Now panchnama shown to me. It bears my
signature as well as signatures of panch witnesses. Contents are true
and correct. Panchnama is marked at Exh.7. I collected injury report. It
is admitted by defence and therefore marked at Exh.8. I concluded the
investigation by filing charge-sheet before the Court. Accused is present

Cross-examination by Ld. Advocate Dipika on behalf of accused
3. I deny that Aniket did not sustain any accidental injury and
the accused had no role to play in that accident. I deny that the car
mentioned in the FIR was not running on the road at the relevant time
and accused was not driving any car and it did not hit Aniket Jadhav. I
deny that I recorded false statement of informant and Aniket Jadhav. I
deny that I have prepared false panchanama. I deny that charge-sheet
was present without any foundation. I deny that I have deposed false
against accused.
