1. The accused is charge-sheeted for the offence punishable
under Section 145 (B) and 146 of the Railways Act. As per the case of the
prosecution, on 23/06/2018 at Railway Protection Force Station, BDTS,
Mumbai, was found the accused doing nuisance with RPF staff at that
place and prevents railway servant in the discharge of his duties who is
present at that place.
2. The accused is present. The accused pleaded guilty during
trail. I have verified the accused. The accused has voluntarily pleaded
guilty. Hence, I accept the same. I have heard the accused on the point of

sentence. He prayed for leniency. Considering the nature of offence and
submission of the accused, I pass the following order. :-
ORDER
1] The accused is convicted for the offence punishable under
Section 145 (B) and 146 of the Railways Act vide Section 241 of Code of
Criminal Procedure and he is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1,200/- and he
is sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment Till Rising of the Court (TRC).
4] Copy of judgment be given to the accused free of cost.

That you accused on 23-06-2018 at Railway Protection Force
Station, BDTS, Mumbai was found doing nuisance with RPF staff at that
place and prevents railway servant in the discharge of his duties who is
present at that place and thereby committed an offence punishable under
Section 145(b) and 146 of the Railways Act, 1989 and within my
cognizance.
And I hereby direct that you be tried on the aforesaid charges.
