JUDGMENT
Accused voluntarily pleaded guilty by giving application.
The offence alleged against accused is U/Sec.8(c) r/w 27 of NDPS
Act 1985. Therefore, considering the nature of offence the plea of
accused is accepted and I proceed to pass the following order:-
ORDER
Accused is convicted as per Sec.252 of Cr.P.C for the
offence punishable u/sec.8(c) r/w 27 of NDPS Act 1985 and he is
sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1500/-(Rs. One Thousand Five
Hundred Only) I/D to suffer S. I. for 30 days.
2. In future, accused shall avoid such act.
