ORDER BELOW EXH-1 IN C.C. NO. 328/SW/2018
The matter is kept for order. As complainant and his

steps. It appears that the complainant lost interest in the case. The
matter is pretty old. There is no reason to keep it stay put as today also,
the complainant is absent. Hence, for want of prosecution following
order is passed.

provisions of section 256 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
