Read order passed by Honourable High Court in
Criminal APP No. 1008/2018, documents filed by the accused.
Heard Ld. Advocate for the accused. He submitted that, in
view of order passed by Honourable High Court in above said
Criminal APP the petitioner has paid an amount of `.20,000/
to respondent No. 1.Pushpa Shankar Naydu, by way of
Demand Draft No. 080794 dtd.20/10/2018, drawn on ICICI
Bank. On perusal of document (Exh.2 ) submitted by Ld.
Counsel for accused, it appears that, by virtue of the said
letter he has complied the order of Honourable High Court
and same was acknowledged by Section Officer ,High Court
Appellate Side, Bombay. As the order of Honourable High
Court is complied, in view of it the proceeding is disposed off.
