This is the complaint filed under Section 406, 415, 417, 418, 420 and
120 (B) r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code. Both parties are present with their
learned counsel. The matter was referred for mediation as per the request of
the complainant and accused. The matter was settled in the mediation. So
also, during the pendency of the case, the complainant filed application for
permission to withdraw the complaint interalie submitting that both the
parties amicably settled their dispute. The complainant further submits that it
does not want to proceed further with this matter. Thus, it appears that, the
matter is amicably settled between both the parties. Hence, I pass the
following order:
ORDER
(i) The complaint stands disposed of as it is
withdrawn.
(ii) The case be closed accordingly.
