Perused complaint and documents filed on record. None is
present when called for at about 1.31 p.m.. Present complaint is filed
for the offence punishable under sections 323, 504 r/w 34 of Indian
Penal Code. Matter is unattended since long. Perusal of complaint
discloses vague and general allegations against proposed accused. I find
no sufficient grounds for proceeding further against proposed accused.
Moreover, absence of complainant and his advocate shows that they are
not interested to proceed with the matter. Hence, complaint needs to be
dismissed for want of prosecution. In this view of matter, I proceed to
pass following order:
