Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present petition is filed as per the provisions of The
Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act for various reliefs.
Earlier matter was referred for mediation. However, matter is not
settled there. Report of Mediator is available on record. Aggrieved
person failed to take further steps since long. Long absence of aggrieved
person and her Ld. Advocate show that they are not interested to
proceed with the matter. Matter remains unattended since long. I find
no any reason to adjourn matter further. Hence, matter needs to be
dismissed for want of prosecution. Hence, the order:
