ORDER BELOW APPLICAION FILED BY ACCUSED
FOR GRANT OF PERMISSION TO GO ABROAD
Read the application, say of Ld. A.P.P.
2. Heard Ld. Counsel for accused and Ld. A.P.P. at
length.
3. It reveals that, applicant has made application for
grant of permission to go abroad. It is his contention that,
Sakinaka police have registered the offence P.U.S. 379, 411 r/w.
34 of Indian Penal Code against him. He wants to go to
Thailand for training purpose. He is ready to abide by condition
imposed by court. Passport office asked for permission of court.
4. The say of A.P.P. disclosed that, case is at final
argument stage, if permission to go abroad granted, he will be
never turn up which caused prolong the trial and thereby pray
for reject the application.

5. During the course of argument Ld. Counsel for
accused vehemently argued and submitted that accused is ready
to abide by conditions imposed by court. Ld. A.P.P. submitted
that, special condition may imposed. In these circumstances to
visit abroad at Thailand for training purpose, permission
required to be granted. Hence, I pass following order.
O R D E R
1 The application of applicant/accused viz. Sanjay
Jagdish Soni for visit abroad for Training purpose, at
Thailand is, hereby allowed on following conditions :
a The applicant/accused is permitted to go abroad i.e. for
Training purpose, at Thailand from 27/08/2018 to
04/09/2018, on surety bond or in like cash amount of
`.15,000/ .
b The applicant/accused shall furnish his undertaking
that, he will remain present before court, as and when
required.
c The applicant/accused shall furnish all the details of his
stay in abroad and also the place and address alongwith
phone numbers at which he will stay in abroad to
Investigation Officer.

d The applicant/accused shall submit verified copy of his
Passport and other relevant documents with the
Investigation Officer.
e On his returning the applicant/accused shall inform the
Investigation Officer, accordingly.
f The accused/applicant shall report his arrival and
departure.
