ORDER BELOW APPLICAION FILED BY ACCUSED
FOR GRANT OF PERMISSION TO GO ABROAD
Read the application, say of other side and say of
concern police station.
2. Heard Ld. Counsel for accused and Ld. A.P.P. at
length.
3. It reveals that, applicant has made application for
grant of permission to go abroad. It is his contention that, C. R.
No.384 /2010, for the offence P.U.S. 324, 504, 506 of Indian
Penal Code was registered against him. He wants to go for Haz
at Saudi Arabia. He approached concern authority for renewal
of passport. Passport office asked for permission of court.
4. The say of concern police station disclosed that,
offence is registered against accused, if permission to go abroad
granted, he will be abscond and thereby pray for reject the
application.

5. During the course of argument Ld. Counsel for
accused vehemently argued and submitted that accused is ready
to abide by conditions imposed by court. Ld. A.P.P. submitted
that, special condition may imposed. In these circumstances to
visit abroad for Haj, at Saudi Arabia permission required to be
granted. Hence, I pass following order.
O R D E R
1 The application of applicant/accused viz. Wajid S/o.
Wahid Qureshi for visit abroad for Haj, at Saudi Arabia
is, hereby allowed on following conditions :
a The applicant/accused is permitted to go abroad i.e. at
Saudi Arabia for Haj, from 01/11/2018 to 31/12/2018,
on surety bond or in like cash amount of `.15,000/ .
b The applicant/accused shall furnish his undertaking
that, he will remain present before court, as and when
required.
c The applicant/accused shall furnish all the details of his
stay in abroad and also the place and address alongwith
phone numbers at which he will stay in abroad to
Investigation Officer.

d The applicant/accused shall submit verified copy of his
Passport and other relevant documents with the
Investigation Officer.
e On his returning the applicant/accused shall inform the
Investigation Officer, accordingly.
f The accused/applicant shall report his arrival and
departure.
