COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, accused Sardar Akramali Shaikh @ Akku and Irshad
Mashkur Khan are present alongwith their Ld. Advocate. In view of order
dtd. 17/07/2018 & 26/10/ 2018 accused are released on bail. Accused are
charged with the offences punishable under sections 353, 332, 504 r/w.34
of Indian Penal Code. They are on bail. The offence punishable under
section 353 of I.P.C is exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions. The
copies of police report and other documents, as specified in section 207 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The
case will have to be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
Hence, the order :
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 Accused Sardar Akramali Shaikh @ Akku and Irshad
Mashkur Khan are directed to appear before the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 18/03/2024.

3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Police Station Officer, Powai Police Station be directed
to produce muddemal property in the Court of Sessions
Judge, Dindoshi on or before 18/03/2024 positively.
5 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
