Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present complaint is filed against proposed accused for the
offences punishable under section 25 of The Payment & Settlement
Systems Act, 2007. Order of issue process is passed on 06/08/2019.
Thereafter, complainant failed to take steps for securing the presence of
accused. Offence allged is compoundable in nature. Long absence of
complainant and its ld. Advocate show that they are not interested to
proceed with the matter. So, there is no reason to adjourn matter
further. Therefore, complaint needs to be dismissed for want of
prosecution. Hence, I proceed to pass following order:
