Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present complaint is filed against proposed accused for the
offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 504, 506 of Indian Penal
Code. Matter is pending for argument since from its inception. Long
absence of complainant and his ld. Advocate show that they are not
