COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, both the accused Akash Mastood and Vijay Mastood are
present before the Court. Their Ld. Advocate is absent when called for.
Present accused are charged with the offences punishable under
sections 353, 332, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections
85(1)(2) of Bombay Prohibition Act. They are on bail. The offence
punishable under section 353 of IPC is exclusively triable by the Court
of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents, as
specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. Accused orally submitted that they will engage
lawyer of their choice for their defence before Court of Sessions. The
case will have to be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi. Hence, the order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 The accused are directed to appear before the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 01/02/2020.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.

4 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
