Today, accused no.1 Hafizulla Farukh Choudhari, accused no.2
Abdul Hamid Md.Mustaq Khan, accused no. 3 Abdul Hafij Abdul Hakim
Choudhari and accused no. 4 Adbul Wahid Md.Mustaq Khan are present
alongwith their Ld. Advocate. In view of order of this Court they are
released on bail. Accused are charged with the offences punishable under
sections 353, 332, 504 r/w.34 of Indian Penal Code They are on bail. The
offence punishable under section 353 of I.P.C is exclusively triable by the
Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents, as
specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. The case will have to be committed to the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence, the order :
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.

Md.Mustaq Khan are directed to appear before the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 18/04/2022.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
