JUDGMENT
Accused has filed application and voluntarily pleaded
guilty. The offences alleged against accused are P/U/sec.279,338
of the IPC. Therefore, considering the nature of offence the plea of
accused is accepted and I proceed to pass the following order:
O R D E R
1) The accused is convicted for the offence P/U/Sec.279 of
IPC as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to pay fine of
Rs.1,000/(Rs.One Thousand Only) in default to suffer simple
imprisonment for five days.
2) The accused is convicted for the offence P/U/sec.338 of
the IPC as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to pay fine of
Rs.1,000/(Rs.One Thousand Only) in default to suffer simple
imprisonment for five days.
3) Out of fine amount, the amount of Rs.1,500/ be paid to
the informant's mother namely Sushila Yadav R/o.Room No.1804,
Siyana Tower, Lodha Florenza complex, Goregaon East, Mumbai
as compensation vide Sec.357 of CrPC.
