ORDER BELOW APPLICAION FILED BY ACCUSED
FOR GRANT OF PERMISSION TO GO ABROAD AND NO
OBJECTION FOR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT NO.G9103661
Read the application. say of other side and say of
concern police station.
2. Heard Ld. Counsel for accused and Ld. A.P.P. at
length.
3. It reveals that, applicant has made application for
grant of permission to go abroad and no objection for renewal of
passport No. G9103661. It is his contention that, C. R. No.
686/2017, for the offence P.U.S. 341, 323, 506, 143, 147, 149
of Indian Penal Code was erroneously registered against him.
He is holder of above said passport, which was expired on
29/05/2018. He approached concern authority for renewal of
passport. Passport office asked for permission of court.
4. The say of concern police station disclosed that,
offence is registered against accused, if permission to renew
passport granted, he will fly abroad and thereby pray for reject
the application.

5. During the course of argument Ld. Counsel for
accused filed pursis, it is at (Exh.5), for delete the prayer in
respect of traveling abroad. Therefore, now he only prayed for
renewal of passport. Ld. A.P.P. submitted that, special condition
may imposed. In these circumstances to renew passport
permission required to be granted. Hence, I pass following
order.
Order
1 The application of applicant/accused viz. Mohammed
Anis Farooqui for renewal of pass port is, hereby
allowed on following conditions :
a The applicant/accused shall not leave this court without
prior permission of this court.
b The applicant/accused shall inform the Investigation
Officer accordingly.
c The applicant/accused shall submit verified copy of his
passport and other relevant documents with the
Investigation Officer.
