Name of the accused : Naved Alam Shaikh
That you on 17/12/2014 at about 18.00 hrs in the jurisdiction
of D. N. Nagar Police Station at Shivprasad Naka, Andheri Railway
station road, Mumbai, drove your Motor vehicle bearing no.
MH02-CT-7618 on a public road, in a manner so rash or negligent as
to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any
other person, and thereby committed an offence punishable under
Section 279 of the Indian Penal Code.
That on above said date, time and place, you accused drove
your above mentioned motorcar in wrong side, your act was so rash
or negligent as to endanger human life or the personal safety of
others and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section
336 of the Indian Penal Code.

JUDGEMENT
1. The accused is present. He voluntarily pleaded guilty by filing
application. I have heard the accused. The accused is voluntarily
pleading guilt. Hence, I accept the same. Heard the accused on the
point of sentence. He prayed for leniency. Considering the nature of
offence and submissions of the accused, I pass the following order:
ORDER
2. The accused is convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 279 of the Indian Penal Code vide Section 252 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/-
(Rupees One Thousand Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of one day.

3. The accused is also convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 336 of the Indian Penal Code vide Section 252 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.250/- (Rupees
Two Hundred Fifty Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of one day.
4. Muddemal property i.e. motor vehicle bearing no. MH02-CT-
7618 be returned to the informant/registered owner after due
identification & verification.
5. Copy of the order be given free of cost to the accused.
