ORDER BELOW EXH.1
((1)) Heard application at length.
((2)) All respondents are absent. Advocate Shri. Khanolkar is
present. He filed adjournment application at (Exh. 49) stating that,
advocate on record for respondent No.1 is at Satara and he could not
remain present, due to the prevailing Covid situation.
((3)) Considering, Covid situation in the State and the guidelines
of Hon’ble High Court, it would not be just and proper to pass any orders
in the absence of other side. However, applicant made submissions about
her case at length.
((4)) Application (Exh.49) mentions the convenient date for
advocate for respondent as 19/10/2020. However, the matter is filed
under Domestic Violence Act, and applicant wants to expedite the matter.
Therefore, in the interest of justice and in the interest of both the parties,
15 days date from today will serve the ends of justice.
((5)) Both the parties to note.
((6)) Applicant has filed application for certified copies today.
Concerned clerk to issue all the certified copies mentioned in her
application.
((7)) Respondents and their advocate on record to remain present
on next date and proceed with the matter.
