ORDER BELOW APPLICAION FILED BY ACCUSED/APPLICANT
FOR PERMISSION TO GO ABROAD
The applicant filed the present application. Applicant is
accused, against whom crime is registered with Amboli police station for
the offence P.U.S. 408, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code
r/w. section 66 (B) of Information Technology Act. Applicant/accused
submitted that, she is desired to go abroad i.e. at various places, from
21/05/2018 till 08/06/2018. She is ready to abide by terms and
conditions in respect of permission to go abroad, if allowed. Hence, she
prayed for permission to go abroad.
2. Heard Ld. Advocate Mr. R. P. Mishra for accused. In support
of the application, applicant have filed hrt affidavit on record. It is at
(Exh.2 ). In support of his application applicant have filed Copy of her
order passed by Honourable High Court in Criminal Application No. 1137
of 2017 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 359 of 2016, Copy of
confirmation guest copy issued by Norwegian cruise line, Copy of
passports of her, her husband's and her daughter's.
3. Ld. A.P.P. have filed his say and is having no objection to
grant permission to applicant to go to abroad.
4. After going through the record, in my view the prosecution
will not suffer any hardship, if permission to go abroad to

applicant/accused granted. Therefore, in the interest of justice and for the
reasons mentioning application, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1 The application of applicant/accused viz. Saloni Saket Shah,
for permission to go abroad, is hereby allowed on following
conditions.
a The applicant/accused is permitted to go abroad i.e. at various
places, from 21/05/2018 till 08/06/2018, on surety bond or
in like cash amount of `.15,000/ . (If applicant previously
furnished cash amount in lieu of surety bond, it be considered,
as same for present application).
b The applicant/accused shall furnish her undertaking that, she
will remain present before court, as and when required.
c The applicant/accused shall furnish all the details of her stay
in abroad with her all details and also the place and address
alongwith phone numbers at which she will stay in abroad to
Investigation Officer.
d The applicant/accused shall submit verified copy of her
Passport and other relevant documents with the Investigation
Officer.
e On her returning the applicant/accused shall inform the
Investigation Officer, accordingly.
f The accused/applicant shall report his arrival and depature.
