In purview of above referred directions, the case is taken on today’s
board for Special Drive. The case came to be instituted for the offence
under section 188 r/w 34 of IPC. The case is petty in nature. There is no
positive material against accused. Hence, keeping in view the petty nature
of this chapter proceeding, I am satisfied to stop this case under section
258 of Cr. P. C. Hence, I am satisfied to pass following order -
O R D E R
i The proceeding is stopped under section 258 of Cr. P. C.
ii Accused Raju Pulkit Ram is discharged in his absence
from the offence under section 188 r/w 34 of IPC.
iii His bail bond, if any, stands cancelled.
