Complainant Poonam Vivek Tiwari is present before the
court alongwith her Ld. Advocate Shri P.R. Rajkumar. Ld. Advocate of
accused Shri R.K. Upadhay is present. Present complaint is filed for the
offence punishable under section 498-A of Indian Penal Code. In view of
detailed order passed below Exh.8, permission is granted for
withdrawal of complaint after due verification. Yet, order of issue
process is not passed. In view of withdrawal application, I find no
