ORDER BELOW EXH-55 IN C.C. NO.123/DV/2018
1. Respondent has filed this application for issuance of
directions to the School Authorities to issue School Leaving Certificate of
Master Amir Salim Deshmukh.
2. Perused the application. Say is not filed. Also perused the
copy of letter dated 09.12.2024, issued by Holy Family High School, to the
applicant. Learned Advocate for the applicant Mr. Anil S. Gawas submits
that the applicant has already marked her endorsement on the letter dated
19.12.2024, stating that the school shall act upon the directions from the
Court. From perusal of order dated 11.07.2024 passed below Exh-01 it
appears that the School Leaving Certificate of the minor was required for
his further education.
3. Before issuing further directions on the pending applications
regarding issuance of School Leaving Certificate, this Court finds it
necessary to bring the current position of the educational status of the
minor on record. Hence, the respondent is hereby ordered to file an
affidavit stating the current educational position of the minor and the
details of the school in which he is studying, on next date.
