COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, the accused Chandramohan Balraj Kairamkonda is present
before the Court alongwith his Ld. Advocate Shri R.P. Mishra. Another
accused Siddhesh Chandramohan is Child in Conflict with Law. Present
accused Chandramohan is charged with the offences punishable under
sections 353, 332, 504 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. He is on bail. The
offences punishable under section 353, 332 of IPC are exclusively
triable by the Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other
documents, as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The case will have to be
committed to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence, the
order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 The accused Chandramohan is directed to appear before
the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 03/02/2020.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
