The matter was for crossexamination of PW No.1,
however, the parties have filed the consent terms, as settled before the
Hon'ble Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. The consent terms are at
Exh12 . It appears that parties have agreed for settlement and they
have signed so and attested their signatures. Applicant absent, her
counsel present. Respondent and his Advocate absent. They have not
stated that the agreements are executed between them is collusive.
Since, the settlement disposes of all the issues between the parties.
Hence, this court passes the following order, as under:
