COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, the accused Tajuddin Shaikh and Islamuddin Shaikh are present
before the Court alongwith their Ld. Advocate Shri Nageshwar Dubey. Present
accused are charged with the offences punishable under sections 353, 143,
145, 147, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. They are on bail. The
offence punishable under section 353 of IPC is exclusively triable by the Court
of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents, as specified in
section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the
accused. The case will have to be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi. Hence, the order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 Accused are directed to appear before the Court of Sessions
Judge, Dindoshi on 13/04/2020.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to
be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court of Sessions
Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of
the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
