Perused the record. The accused is charge-sheeted for the
offences punishable under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 (II) and 377 of
the Indian Penal Code. This Court has received Writ from the Hon'ble
High Court, Bombay in Criminal Application (APL) No. 45 of 2023 filed
by the accused of present case and thereby the Hon'ble High Court,
Bombay has quashed C.R.No. 78/2018 of Oshiwara Police Station,
(C.C.No.1024/PW/2019), by way of order dated 06/05/2025. Hence,
present proceeding is disposed off in view of the order dated
06/05/2025 of Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in Criminal Application
(APL) No. 45 of 2023. Proceeding is closed accordingly.
