ORDER BELOW COMPOUNDING APPLICATION
1. Charge was framed against accused on 10/07/2023 for
offences punishable under Section 381 of IPC. Today informant and
accused are present with their learned advocates. The offence
under Section 381 of IPC is compoundable with the leave of the
Court. The matter was sent for mediation. As per the report
received from the trained mediator at Exh.8, mediation is
successful.
2. The informant has filed an application seeking
permission to compound the offence and the permission has been
granted. Both parties filed the pursis in that regard at Exh.9. I have
verified the terms from both accused as well as informant. They
have stated that they have voluntarily signed the terms and it be
accepted. Thus, following order :
ORDER
1 In view of statement of parties and report of trained
mediator, the matter is disposed off as settled and
offence is compoundable.
2 Accused is hereby acquitted under Section 320(8)
of the Cr.P.C.

3 Bail bonds of the accused stands cancelled.
4 Proceeding is closed.
