Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present complaint is filed against proposed accused for the
offences punishable under sections 324, 504, 506(ii), 452, 34 of Indian
Penal Code. Complainant failed to argue the matter since its inception.
Long absence of complainant and her ld. Advocate show that they are
not interested to proceed with the matter. It appears that complainant
has lost interest in the matter. So, there is no reason to adjourn matter
further. Therefore, complaint needs to be dismissed for want of
