Complainant has forwarded present application with a prayer to allow him to substitute the authorized person Mr. Ravi kumar in the place of Mr. Sundarrajan Iyer.
Heard perused the application.  Perused the copy of resolution and letter of appointment.  Perusal of both these documents it seems that, Ravi kumar is now appointed and as per the resolution, the Ravi kumar is required to be substituted in the present complaint.
