ORDER BELOW EXH.1 IN RESPECT OF COMPOUNDING THE
OFFENCE.
Today matter is kept before National/Mahalok Adalat. The
complainant submitted pursis stating that he has compounded the
offence. Complainant produced proof of photo ID card.
Hence in the interest of justice, I proceed to pass following
order U/Sec. 320 of Cr.P.C.
1. Vide Sec.320(8) of the Cr.P.C, Accused is/are acquitted of the
offence punishable U/Sec. 381 of Indian Penal Code.
2. His/Their bail bond/s stand cancelled.
3. Seized case property be returned to the complainant after
